Kathryn Ritz works for us Mondays and Thursdays. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week she works as a chairside assistant to Dr. Manning Chang at New Hamburg Dental group. When Ritz Printing restructured itself in 1997, Kathryn came on board to help take up the office-work and has done an excellent job, first of all in learning our printers' language and also in becoming computer and bookkeeping literate.
Bill Ritz is our estimator, floor sweeper and gopher. Bill has been in this business since the late 60s. He's experienced the transition in technology from hand-set type and hot metal linecasting of type, through to digital design and digital colour output. Over the years he's been a pressman, a bindery operator, darkroom technician, estimator, typesetter and more.
Jenny Ritz is our greeter. Nine years old, our Jack Russel Terrier has become a drawing card for many townsfolk who come to see the "Doggie in the Window". Many people bring her treats and unfortunately for her, she's now dieting. Jenny works the same hours and days as Kathryn.
